The evening’s seated dinner blended elements of refined beauty and the energetic high-end luxury of Las Vegas. CSI DMC provided an event design that mixed the host client’s company culture (providing products to enhance natural beauty and sophistication) with the ambiance of the venue and the style of the attendees. Each element was incorporated into the event’s overall aesthetic.
After selecting Twist restaurant as the event venue, our team worked with local decor vendors to create table settings, florals, and decor that echoed the silver tones and textures of the space, using bright pops of colorful florals to stand out against the neutral metallic and stone finishings. The welcome area’s backdrop at the restaurant’s doorway served a dual purpose, setting the tone of the function as well as offering a backdrop for photos upon arrival. The colors and textures of this first installation were replicated in high and low florals for the individual tables, set across the bi-level dining space. Linens in hues similar to the florals connected the tables together across the levels, with custom-branded elements and table numbers offering a modern contrast to the natural décor pieces. Silver base plates and mirrored table accents drew guests’ attention to the signature lighting orbs of Twist that have become one of the highlights of the venue’s design. Additional branded elements were incorporated into the onsite Moët vending machine that offered a sparkling takeaway for guests, alongside small metallic favors like charms and mini horns. Acknowledging the colors of the brand and event space, custom menus and gifts were crafted by CSI Vegas and left at each place setting.
Each of the elements selected for the design paid homage to the natural design of the venue, with wood, stone, and metallic elements included; the love of all things natural was very important to the host company. Nature was therefore also present in the menu offered at dinner. Many of the attendees had dietary restrictions, which CSI was able to work out with the onsite chef in advance. Event desserts abided by the dietary requests, enhanced with subtly branded motifs of logos as a final touch.
