This is a strategic merger of equals to help both CSI DMC and 360DG continue growing, evolving, and strengthening our market position in the industry. This merger will broaden our nationwide footprint and allow us to service our clients in 46 destinations. Our goal is to continue to create a company that people love working for while maintaining exceptional service for our clients.

Our clients will continue to receive the same outstanding service they have come to expect. As we merge, we will have even greater resources to create impactful experiences across more destinations. Doing what is best for our clients remains our top priority.
Timeline: Building a New Era of Excellence
For now, we will continue to operate as two separate entities. Eventually, we will transition to a new name and brand, becoming one unified company.
