Charged with producing multiple events for global attendees participating in the Association's Annual Conference (AAIC), CSI DMC navigated challenges during San Diego's busiest convention year, compounded by equipment and staffing shortages and a surge in cases of Covid's Omicron strain.
Undeterred by these challenges, CSI DMC's dedicated team worked tirelessly around the clock, collaborating with the client, vendor and venue partners and showcasing logistical expertise each step of the way. The result was the successful execution of a Welcome Reception for 4,000 guests, which included a decor reset in under four hours, VIP dinners, an early morning fun run, and an opening session with high-energy, choreographed entertainment. Furthermore, amidst managing other events for their client, CSI DMC organized, in record time, an all-out-hit after-party for 1,300 people at the Hard Rock Hotel.
