Our local team brainstormed fun and feasible solutions for the winter block party and festive market before presenting the creative plan to the client who loved it.
With the client’s sign-off, CSI DMC worked at lighting speed to make the magic plan come to life. Alongside more typical DMC activities like catering, lighting, and staffing, the team managed communications with over 50 local small businesses, vendors, artisans, three venues, and the city, all while working within a framework of strict mandates and multiple permit requirements.
It rained briefly on the night of the event, but nothing could diminish the joy of nearly 4,000 attendees who came in on a flow basis from networking, shopping, and having fun during their winter celebratory event!
