CSI DMC pulled out all the stops when organizing ten events over six days to wow our clients’ leaders and general managers. Program goals included networking, learning, and engaging through exceptional experiences
The first evening reception was offsite at the convention center in a brand-new outdoor space in the west wing that presented fresh logistical challenges. CSI DMC provided extensive thematic decor throughout the program, including fully customized fabulous custom pop-up shops and an enormous “HG” mobile décor piece utilized throughout the events. 15 different entertainment elements throughout the program, from DJs and roving entertainers to character performers and live artists.
When a storm quickly formed during the program, the team focused on re-imagining resources. Talented performers were engaged to do meet-and-greets, and delight guests throughout the area, while CSI staff walked 300 guests safely towards the brand-new Tesla loop and it's electric vehicles. The entire program was a huge hit, rain or shine!
