Bahama Breeze: Incentives in Paradise

Our team was tasked with designing and executing a weeklong incentive trip for a renowned global cybersecurity leader at the Rosewood Baha Mar in Nassau, Bahamas.

With a focus on creating a harmonious blend of relaxation, adventure, and cultural immersion, we curated a series of experiences for sales personnel and their families.

The program began with an inviting island-themed welcome reception and continued with a thoughtful itinerary that included a diverse range of activities: exhilarating catamaran and snorkeling adventures, culturally enriching experiences like cigar rolling and rum tasting, and an engaging excursion to Rose Island, allowing guests to connect with the local wildlife and heritage. Other attendees explored downtown Nassau and enjoyed sampling the local cuisine while learning about the rich history of the Bahamas.

Mindful of sustainability and the rich Bahamian culture, we incorporated locally crafted gifts such as Bahama Handprints tote bags and themed the beach day around the island's iconic flamingos, adding a unique, fun touch to the gathering. The trip concluded with a vibrant Junkanoo-themed night, blending the festive local culture with an atmosphere of joy and camaraderie. There were no guests at their tables; everyone was on the dancefloor!
