With less than a month to design and deliver, our CSI DMC team in Colorado created a beautifully themed rustic retreat for 300 Communications Industry Executives headed to Colorado Springs.
Festivities began with a gorgeous welcome reception at the Broadmoor. The stunning sunset was to be complimented by a stylized look - however, the furnishings became unavailable. With little time to resolve, our team, utilizing local partnerships, secured stylish leather and cowhide furniture groupings the client loved. Mission accomplished, guests never knew of the challenge, and enjoyed a relaxing barbeque, that included a meet-and-greet encounter with a wolf! Everyone was enamored with a locally inspired geode-smashing activity, which included a special touch, where guests could take home the crystals they found
The final night was infused with a log cabin vibe at the Cheyenne Lodge. Delicious, locally inspired catering was paired with an unexpected treat - Axe throwing. Happy client, relaxed guests. Program goals achieved!
