The setting, the Coquina Lawn at the Gaylord Palms Resort, was the perfect blank canvas for 1,300 attendees to reconnect and play after two intense days of meetings. Bordered by stately palm trees, the venue was a natural fit for our fresh 'Tropical Casino Night' concept. Our client loved the vision of transporting attendees into a paradisiacal realm filled with unexpected fun at every turn.
Drawing inspiration from Jimmy Buffet's iconic Margaritaville aesthetic, our mission was to transport guests from their everyday hustle to a vibrant tropical paradise with a twist.
Our client was ecstatic seeing a sea of happy guests in paradise, as guests took selfies and jubilant cheers at game zones punctuated the night.
