It took two and a half years, four different event dates, over thirty vendors, 1300 guests, several venue changes, one fantastic client, and a sprinkle of CSI DMC magic to bring a program to life! Our software company client tasked CSI DMC with creating four days of unforgettable events as part of their global summit, and we were determined to make it happen!
Our client was eager to connect their attendees from around the world after a recent company rebrand, so our CSI DMC team in Orlando pulled out all the stops! From exclusive use of a Universal Studios theme park to airboat adventures and even an autographed guitar from a rock band, the team made sure there were memorable experiences for everyone! The program kicked off with a thematically beautiful event at Wantilan Pavilion, customized to match the company's new colors. After a delicious barbeque, we planned a highly anticipated meet-and-greet with Florida-native animals. The night rocked on with private event buyouts, including the Hard Rock Café. The event Rock featured an up-and-coming rock band that kept guests dancing all night long!
