Tereysa Bender has been appointed as the Associate Director of Creative Services for the East Region, while Jennifer Gibbs assumes the role of Associate Director of Creative Services for the West Region.
Tereysa Bender, based in Nashville, joined CSI DMC in 2018 as the first local member of the Creative Services Team, contributing significantly to its growth. Expressing her gratitude, Tereysa says, “I am fortunate to be surrounded by such creative individuals and take pride in the overall growth and success of the Creative Services department nationwide. Working at CSI DMC has truly been a blessing!”
Throughout her tenure, Tereysa has played a pivotal role in designing exceptional event experiences, actively engaged in industry committees, and fostered crucial vendor relationships. Her passion, innovative approach, and positive spirit have propelled her career, earning her admiration for her collegial and supportive leadership style.

Meanwhile, Jennifer Gibbs, based in Las Vegas, affectionately known as Jen, joined CSI DMC as a Creative Services Manager with an impressive 20-year track record in Sales, Operations, and Creative Services. Her journey has been marked by dedication, innovation, and unwavering commitment. Jen actively trains and supports the growth of team members, stating, “I have a deep affection for this company, truly love working with this team, and I’m excited to grow together.”
